Responsibilities
Produce commercial site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D under the guidance of project managers.
Design subdivisions and ensure construction matches the design by visiting job sites.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, each lasting 1-2 weeks and in different phases.
Interact with clients and collaborate with city and government organizations to gather design-relevant information.
Participate in the project from initial surveying to final permitting stages, with small projects taking 2-3 months and large projects 4-5 months for completion.
