Responsibilities
Design models, prepare reports and presentation materials
Manage project deliverables and coordinate work with the design team and customers to ensure deadlines are met
Create and review drawings and specifications detailing the civil design for multiple concurrent projects
Conduct professional meetings and facilitate discussions with internal and external customers
Interview stakeholders, gather information and requirements, conduct analyses, and perform accurate calculations
Collaborate closely with other engineers, architects, and leadership

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
4 years of Civil Design experience (minimum) – AutoCAD, Civil3D
Ability to communicate high-level engineering concepts
Proven analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Additional software familiarity – Revit, VBA, TR-55, and others
Primary focus of study in one of the following disciplines – Site Civil, Transportation or Water Resources
