Responsibilities
Play a critical role within the design teams to create solutions for projects in Land Development, Transportation, and Water Resources sectors.
Responsible for designing and developing various civil engineering and land planning projects.
Work on tasks related to grading, drainage, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control.

Required
A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or something similar.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience with AutoCAD and CAD / Civil 3D.
Strong working knowledge in Civil drafting – road plans, commercial site plans, and residential subdivisions
Ability to communicate effectively both written and spoken.
Eager to learn and grow as an individual.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working on-site.
Willing to relocate or commute to the Charlotte area.
Preferred
PE (or can obtain shortly after starting).
Experience with grading, drainage and stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control a PLUS.
