Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Design and Analysis: Perform engineering analysis, design calculations, and preparation of construction documents for various civil engineering projects, including site development, transportation, and infrastructure.
Regulatory Compliance: Navigate local, state, and federal regulations and permitting processes to secure approvals and ensure compliance with environmental, zoning, and safety requirements.
Client Interaction: Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication, project updates, and addressing client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, surveyors, and other engineers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Must hold a valid Professional Engineer license in the state of New Jersey or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
A minimum of 3-5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development, land planning, or transportation projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software. Experience with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to clients and team members effectively.
