Provide site plan design and land planning expertise.
Ensure compliance with zoning and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee building design and construction processes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and inspections.

Required
Site Plan Design, Land Planning and Planning Use experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer, preferably in the State of New Jersey or New York.
Experience with public/private commercial, educational, and institutional projects.
Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8+ years of engineering experience or 10+ at a director level.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Strong leadership, mentoring, team building, and engagement skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
