Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of site layout, subdivision plans, site plans, public improvement plans, drainage studies, grading studies, floodplain studies, adjoining owner notifications, and code updates.

Provide support to planning and surveying departments as workload permits, including feasibility studies, zoning submittals, and survey functions.

Communicate with clientele and local government agencies, attend necessary meetings or conferences.
