Responsibilities
Provide project management of Civil Design projects
Manage projects from inception to completion
Provide mentoring in key management qualities such as knowledge of contracts, schedule, and cost management.
Make technical decisions based on industry code interpretation as well as client, and industry standard practices
Interpret and understand project controls including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, QA/QC, risk analysis and document control.
Work within a project team environment and coordinate work with other project disciplines
Deliver complete, accurate, and coordinated project design assignments within time and budget parameters
Work independently, but also in a team environment
Effectively communicate design options to a diverse group

Required
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
Illinois P.E. License
At least 15 years of relevant Civil Design experience, including managing projects
AutoCAD and MicroStation proficiency
Experience with Phase I and II projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in the office five days a week
Preferred
Illinois PE License
