Responsibilities
Represent the company as a brand ambassador
Support and manage civil engineering design teams
Engage in professional organizations and key conferences/industry events
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to grow the company’s presence
Identify and assess risk
Assist with project pipeline
Prepare proposals
Manage project pursuits
Support client account management team
Collaborate with marketing team for marketing campaigns
Frequent travel required

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Must be currently licensed professional engineer
Minimum 15 years of civil engineering experience
Knowledge of civil design codes and software required
Proficient in civil track and drainage engineering
Strong communication and organizational skills
