Responsibilities

Develop and design grading and land development plans according to client specifications, using AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Coordinate with other engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Perform soil tests and analyze data to develop solutions for land development projects.
Prepare reports, plans, and drawings for land development projects.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations.

Required

Professional Engineering License (PE) or Engineering-In-Training (EIT) designation
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Previous experience in land development and grading projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
