Responsibilities
Hydrologic evaluations, site grading, roadway grading, ADA compliance, and design of various systems.
Prepare construction specifications.
Participate in client meetings and direct contact with clients.
Preparation of permit applications for local, state, and federal permits.
Attend and present projects at meetings including Planning and Zoning Boards and meetings with permitting agencies.
Assist in developing scopes of work and project estimates.
Engineering cost estimates.
Review contractor cut sheets.
Provide oversight or periodic supervision of construction projects and technical support for clients.

Required
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey with a willingness to obtain licenses in other states of practice.
5+ years of experience as a professional engineer.
Experience with stormwater management design.
Proficient with site grading, roadway grading, ADA compliance, design of gravity storm drains systems, design of sanitary conveyance systems (gravity and pressure), and municipal water systems.
Proficient with the preparation of cost estimates and specifications.
Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and ordinances.
Working knowledge in using AutoCAD Civil 3d, HydroCAD or Hydrology Studio Suite, and other civil design related software.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
