Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of planning, design, and specialty services related to stormwater and water resources engineering.
Lead and mentor teams of engineers to deliver exceptional engineering services.
Develop and guide construction plan packages and master planning studies.
Utilize hydrology/hydraulics software such as HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS.
Work on Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change.
Utilize AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS.

Required
Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
6+ years of experience in the stormwater-engineering field including project management
Registered Professional Engineer in Texas
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in managing teams of engineers
Experience in mentoring less experienced engineers in stormwater engineering
Experience in business development and client management
Practical application of hydrology/hydraulics software including HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS
Experience in developing and guiding construction plan packages and/or master planning studies
Experience in Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Letters of Map Change
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D and GIS
