Responsibilities
Managing Project Teams: Oversee various project teams, ensuring efficient coordination and successful execution.
Leadership: Lead and mentor other Project Managers (PMs) and Assistant Project Managers (APMs).
Program Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with Superintendents, project staff, and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Develop innovative solutions to challenges encountered during project lifecycles.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners.

Required
Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant Project Management experience, specifically on linear piping projects.
Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Alternative delivery experience (Phase 1/Phase 2 Progressive Design Build- Design/Build or Construction Manager At Risk) Full cycle, taking a project from initial design phase throughout construction phase.
Municipal project experience a must.
