Responsibilities

Collaborate with CX to provide customer service, guidance, and education to Pumpkin policyholders through every step of the claims process

Review veterinary bills for accuracy and to determine whether coverage applies for claimed costs

Investigate claims to determine if coverage applies based on applicable insurance policies

Collaborate with other stakeholders in the organization to give technical knowledge and advice

Communicate with veterinary providers to obtain further information and records as needed
