Responsibilities
Review and analyze all incoming claims
Respond to all incoming calls and emails related to claims
Enter and organize all incoming faxes into the claims queue
Acts as a liaison between customers and insurance companies to resolve claims
Maintain reports and prepare reports related to the work
Establish relationships with third party payers
Provide reviews to customers

Required
BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics
3+ years' experience in the healthcare industry in reimbursement and healthcare claims
Functional expertise in reimbursement and health care policy
An intimate knowledge of Claims, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care and Private Payor reimbursement process
