Responsibilities

Analyze complex claims data to uncover patterns, trends, and business opportunities.

Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Conduct advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, claims forecasting, and fraud detection.

Advise senior management on claims analytics strategies and best practices.

Provide expert recommendations on process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

Support the development of claims performance KPIs and benchmarks.

Collaborate with claims managers, underwriters, actuaries, and IT teams to align analytics efforts with business goals.

Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Support executive leadership with insights for strategic planning and decision-making.

Recommend and implement cutting-edge analytics tools and methodologies.

Lead projects focused on claims process automation and data-driven decision systems.

Identify new data sources and enhance data integration processes.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Support audits by providing clear, accurate, and compliant claims data analyses.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in claims data analytics, preferably in the insurance industry.

Proven track record in advising senior leadership on data-driven strategies.

Proficiency in data analytics tools: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python.

Expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning applications.

Strong knowledge of claims processes, insurance regulations, and industry standards.
