Responsibilities
Be the primary contact for the client when claims need to be reported
Explain the claims process and guide clients upon receipt of litigation and demand letters.
Advise and consult on reporting requirements of professional and management liability claims.
Help on-board new clients, delivering a claims welcome kit and explaining claims reporting process and procedures, provide boilerplate incident reporting forms as needed.
Establish relationships with claims adjusters and communicate agency expectations for 1st party claims.
Be proficient in the agency management system to manage claims data and generate claims reports, as necessary.
