Responsibilities

Receive and record incoming claims from policyholders in a structured and accurate manner.

Maintain meticulous records of all claim-related activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for internal review and regulatory compliance.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in claims management.
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical expertise and professional skills.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company-specific regulations governing claims practices.
