Responsibilities
Participate in virtual training and bi-weekly coordination calls with the Cloudburst team.
In consultation with the Cloudburst team, coordinate and help facilitate virtual learning events.
Assist with responding to discussion threads and questions received on the Google Classroom.
Host virtual office hours every month.
Develop and maintain relationships with the selected cohort of local organizations, including bi-weekly check-in phone calls.
Develop a WhatsApp group for the LEES trainee cohort and post regular reminders of new content.

Required
At least a bachelor’s degree in economics or related field.
At least 3 years of analytical experience in economic growth with Africa or West Africa-specific experience.
Knowledge of evaluation and assessment methodology, including desk review, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Fluency in French and English is required.
Preferred
Familiarity with USAID’s objectives, approaches, and operations and background in USAID’s cross-cutting programs preferred.
Prior experience participating in evaluations and assessments for USAID or other international donors preferred.
