Responsibilities

Assists the plant controller in tabulation of all month-end reporting categories.

Conducts plant GMP inspections and reports findings.

Performs inventories as required by management.

Assists plant controller in analysis of raw and packing material variances.

Closes production schedules in Prism.

Monitors and orders flour as needed.

Backs up the Plant Scheduler.

Performs other duties as required or directed by the Plant Manager and or Plant Controller.

Ensures compliance to quality, food safety, 5S, OSHA and HACCP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.

Participates in activities related to Marzetti Operational Excellence.
