Required
Experience as a Client Services Account Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency type of setting
Ability to manage up to 30 to 50+ different client accounts
Project Management skills
Relationship Building skills
Experience in Building Marketing Website Funnels and Backend Automation
Ability to conduct Support/Strategy Calls with Clients
Experience in Upselling Clients into higher packages
Responsibility for the success of the client
Full team communication through Slack
Support calls, texts, and emails with 30 to 50+ client accounts
Very organized and detail oriented
Real world experience managing client relationships via email, text, and phone support
Ability to manage oneself while working from home
