Client Delivery Analyst II (SQL Developer)

Responsibilities
Analyze client requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for potential new client requests.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough quality checks and validations.
Manage client jobs to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery; identify and address issues to enhance the process.
Develop, test, and deploy T-SQL scripts to support complex client projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients daily.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, addressing issues promptly and providing updates.
Respond to and fulfill client tickets and requests in a timely manner with quality.
Contribute to client team meetings for projects and engagements.
Take full accountability for project deliverables, ensuring they meet and exceed established standards and client expectations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of client deliverables.
Create and maintain documentation and reports for internal and external use.
Implement advanced ETL processes for acquiring and loading large datasets.
Follow established procedures and standards as outlined by leadership.
Maintain associated procedural documentation.
Evaluate data appropriateness for ad hoc requests and client projects.
Contribute well-documented, logical, and easy-to-follow code as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Undergraduate degree
Experience with relational databases
2 to 5 years industry experience in data analytics, client facing work, or healthcare
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong sense of accountability and ownership for delivering high-quality work
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
Proficiency in T-SQL with extensive experience in writing and optimizing complex queries and scripts
Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously, delivering results in a timely manner
Ability to work remotely
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues within established product boundaries
Strong team player with the ability to work and execute independently
Desire for continuous improvement and growth – driven to excel
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Descriptive statistics and/or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience
Undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus
Significant experience in a client-facing role or in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Experience in SSIS is a plus but not required
