Responsibilities
Provide Support to CDM support to overall engagement
Managing the defined project scope, schedule, and delivery of engagements from sales handoff through post cutover hyper-care support as per the contract
Support presales discussions to provide support for provisioning process
Understanding contract details and managing to in-scope requirements
Support applicable technical and functional aspects of engagements
Coordinating and facilitating customer on-boarding kickoff meetings, associated scope validation workshops, and other customer facing discussions as required, virtual or in-person as deemed necessary
Document meeting minutes and actions
On-boarding customers into the NS2 ticketing system
Documenting and managing decisions, actions, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Defining, documenting, and managing risks from identification through mitigation
Coordinating and facilitating the following processes per NS2 guidelines: Build Sheet Management, Change Management, Escalation Management
Delivering project and customer status as defined by NS2 Leadership
Facilitating and / or participate in internal meetings and reviews as required
Managing, tracking, and reporting on incidents, service requests, and ticket aging

Required
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Math or Statistics OR significant Professional Equivalence.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to interface with all levels of an organization including Directors and VPs.
Proven project management experience leading technical engagements
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, software, and systems (i. e. networking, virtualization, VMware, hypervisors)
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of SAP Software, implementations, upgrades, etc.
Preferred
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Practical understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS operations model
Knowledge of enterprise technology infrastructure (i. e. networks, storage, enterprise server software including Windows Server, Linux, and monitoring technologies)
Prior experience with SAP Mission Critical Applications (Financial Systems/Billing Systems/Procurement Systems) and/or SAP BASIS
Experience in a Managed Services environment
Ability to interface with clients at the CxO level as required
