Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end client experience for Leapcure’s study sponsors, serving as the primary relationship manager.
Conduct regular check-ins with sponsors and study stakeholders, providing updates, resolving blockers, and setting action plans.
Create and present reports to communicate study value, progress, and outcomes to external stakeholders.
Strategically manage and deepen sponsor relationships, aligning them with Leapcure’s long-term goals and enhancing our market influence in healthcare.
Facilitate expansion and upsell opportunities with current clients, looping in Leapcure’s sales team where applicable.
Collaborate closely with sponsors to address issues, answer questions, and fulfill requests proactively.
Advocate for sponsors internally, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product development, operations, and site strategy.
Analyze and report performance metrics for each study, delivering insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Attend sponsor meetings in person as needed, representing Leapcure’s services and strengthening client relationships.

Required
4+ years of experience in client relationship management, with a preference for candidates from consulting or high-growth startup environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Ability to use slides for storytelling and insights presentations.
Experience working with and managing expectations for enterprise clients.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful outcomes in interactions.
Experience in developing and iterating on processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Demonstrated history of innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and technology.
Preferred
Experience working in clinical research a plus
Alignment with Leapcure’s values, particularly around curiosity and trust.
Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who can read the ‘virtual room’ and adapt on the fly.
