Responsibilities

Perform strategic calls (i.e. scheduled and outgoing) to serve as a trusted advisor to the FI on matters pertinent to SHAZAM and the FI, including network and industry related current events.

Maintain a detailed time and territory management system that effectively covers the assigned territory/region.

Attend necessary association and trade-show conventions. Develop and maintain working relationships with State associations. Generate leads through these association and trade-show conventions.

Coordinate the execution of pricing proposals and competitive analyses that are then delivered and presented to FIs. Work with FI and internal SHAZAM resources to negotiate contract renewals.

Ability to easily navigate Salesforce and effectively build reports for territory analysis and management. Assist less experienced team members with navigation and report creation. Effectively utilize all dashboards to track own performance and progress to goals.
