Responsibilities
Client Retention & Revenue Maintenance: Ensure high client satisfaction and retention, meeting or exceeding baseline revenue targets.
Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow accounts through additional services, upselling, and project work that aligns with client needs.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to foster trust and influence long-term partnerships.
Strategic Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor, aligning MSP services with clients’ business goals and technology needs.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, contributing to overall growth and profitability.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams—including technical, operations, and project management—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract renewals and renegotiations, leveraging strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both parties.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing regular updates and proactive communication to anticipate and address client needs.

Required
10+ years in client management within the MSP or technology services industry, with a successful track record managing large, complex accounts.
Proven experience engaging and communicating with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Skilled in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and selling additional services to meet clients’ evolving needs.
Effective at negotiating contract renewals and navigating complex discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Strong ability to coordinate and lead internal teams to ensure seamless and proactive client support.
Capable of analyzing account performance, identifying risks, and proposing solutions that drive client satisfaction and account expansion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in business terms for executive audiences.
