Responsibilities
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients across Authority Partners’ target industries.
Strategically leverage your professional network to generate leads and open doors to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and uncover new opportunities for collaboration.
Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor value propositions and presentations for prospective clients.
Lead contract negotiations to close deals while ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and Authority Partners.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools.
Provide regular updates and insights to the Chief Revenue Officer on sales performance and market trends.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Partner with internal teams to contribute to service improvements and innovations based on client feedback.

Required
Proven track record of success in business development, account management, or sales, particularly in the technology or software development services space.
Demonstrated ability to bring in new logos and grow existing accounts.
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with an established network of decision-makers and influencers.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Understanding of technology consulting, custom software development, and IT services.
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and complex deal structures.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
