Responsibilities
Innovate and refine polymer processing techniques and technologies.
Provide specialized technical support and optimization strategies to clients.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Extensive experience in designing, analyzing, and processing injection molded thermoplastics.
Proficiency in equipment setup, mold maintenance, and process optimization.
In-depth knowledge of thermoplastic materials and evaluation techniques.
Strong collaborative skills across engineering and design teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent presentation skills.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel as needed.
