Responsibilities
Conduct initial client consultations to gather relevant information
Input and maintain accurate client data in the case management system
Coordinate appointments and meetings for attorneys
Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
Provide administrative support to legal staff as needed

Required
Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in a law office setting preferred
Familiarity with legal software such as PCLaw, Lexis-Nexis, or similar platforms
Nice-to-have skills in areas such as Family Law, Patent Law, Estate Planning, Securities Law, Immigration Law, and Workers Compensation Law
