Responsibilities
Review and verify account closure requests for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation for account closure.
Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled before closing accounts.
Communicate with Customer Success Managers to confirm closure requests and resolve any outstanding issues.
Process final billing accurately and promptly to reflect account closure.
Update internal systems and records to maintain data accuracy post-account closure.
Follow up on closed accounts to ensure all necessary steps were completed and resolve any post-closure issues.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to account closure.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all account closure processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent operational, retention, or account management experience.
At least 3 years related operational, retention, or account management experience
Experience meeting goals with defined metrics and a proven track record of success.
Highly effective interpersonal, relationship management, and both verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to pay close attention to details without losing sight of the big picture.
Willingness to pursue goals with determination and dedication, even when faced with obstacles.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Ability to gather, evaluate and synthesize information from various sources.
Strong business, analytical and technical aptitude.
Critical thinking and problem-solving.
Account management skills with proven ability to build and manage internal and external relationships.

Preferred
Previous Payroll experience is desirable but not required.
