Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-tech clients, building deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business challenges, strategic goals, and technology landscape to identify opportunities where Solvd’s solutions can add value.
Build and maintain strong connections with senior executives, with an emphasis on C-suite engagement, to influence strategic initiatives and drive long-term partnerships.
Proactively identify new lines of business and drive revenue growth by leveraging Solvd’s full suite of services, including Generative AI, cloud solutions, DevOps, and software development.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client objectives and Solvd’s service offerings.
Drive organic growth within accounts by cross-selling and upselling services, maximizing the value delivered to clients.
Leverage strong solution selling skills to position Solvd’s AI and technology services as critical solutions to address clients’ business needs and challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to help clients stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
Collaborate with Solvd’s technical and delivery teams to design and deliver customized solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with high-profile tech companies such as Meta, NerdWallet, Google, TikTok, or similar is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and understand the unique needs and dynamics of high-tech clients.
Build and manage relationships across various departments within client organizations, ensuring alignment and collaboration for successful project execution.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by continuously monitoring project performance and delivering on client expectations.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
Act as the client advocate within Solvd, ensuring that the client’s voice is heard and that solutions align with their strategic vision.
Maintain a well-organized pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
Use CRM and other tools to document client activities, report on sales metrics, and forecast revenue.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and growth targets through strategic account management and business development efforts.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on business development or account management in IT consulting or technology solutions, specifically within the high-tech sector
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with high-tech clients
Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to align Solvd’s AI, cloud, and digital transformation services to the needs of high-tech companies
Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science, and digital transformation trends in the high-tech industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to solving business challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including delivery and technical experts, to ensure successful outcomes for clients
Highly organized, with experience managing complex sales pipelines, account plans, and CRM systems
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience working with major tech companies (e.g., Meta, NerdWallet, Google, TikTok) is highly desirable
