Responsibilities
Manage IT Workstation infrastructure including maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SCCM AD joined model.
Develop and execute procedures for transitioning Workstation management to AzureAD Intune managed.
Optimize business system performance and capacity, evaluate and implement new systems and applications.
Lead or participate in the implementation of departmental system projects.
Diagnose and resolve complex system problems, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
Maintain technical knowledge and skills to support hardware and software in use within the company.

Required
Expertise in Endpoint Configuration Manager and/or Intune Admin Center and Windows Autopilot
Experience with essential Microsoft 365 components (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Extensive experience in writing PowerShell or equivalent object-oriented scripting language
Experience with on-premises Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Windows Server, and MDT
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Experience managing VMs using hypervisors (VMWare/Hyper-V)
Experience with Okta identity solutions
Experience with online documentation solutions (e.g. Atlassian Confluence)
Experience with centralized and/or cloud managed printing solutions (e.g. PrinterLogic)
