Responsibilities
Provide effective project management and oversight of all aspects of project delivery; drive performance of external and cross-functional dependencies to guide projects to successful completion.
Elicit and facilitate collaboration with a wide variety of sources, including many departments within the business, clients, and third-party vendors.
Provide post-implementation management and perform regular progress assessments on projects and to identify the root cause and present recommendations for improvement.
Maintain communication with PMO Manager regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
Cultivate relationships with clients and key stakeholders to inspire confidence in AHP’s ability to effectively manage project scope and implement flawlessly.
Embrace and promote continuous improvement of overall structure and implementation strategy, processes, and best practices to enhance personal, team and organizational effectiveness.
Lead coordination with internal team members in the development of processes, guidelines, and training related to project delivery, client implementation processes and customer experience.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or on track to finish within 1 year of hire.
3-5 years of project management experience is required, with experience in managing client-facing projects being highly desirable. Experience in the healthcare industry or student insurance is a plus.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of project scheduled management, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple short-term (3-6 month) complex projects with hard deadlines at any given time.
Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently, monitor progress towards goals, and track details / data / information / activities in a high-pressure environment.
Advanced analytical/problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes & recommend effective solutions.
