Responsibilities

Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Book of Business of 150+ Accounts

Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)

Maintain (and Potentially Grow) the Business Relationship with Current Clients

Manage All Aspects of Program Performance - Internally and Externally

Partner with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Deliver a Culturally Relevant Engagement Strategy for CuraLinc's Program(s)

Coordinate CuraLinc's EAP and Behavioral Health Services with a Client's Other Benefit Plan Components

Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape

Represent CuraLinc at Client Presentations, Health Fairs and Other Events

Contribute to a Team-Based Environment within Team Meetings and Other Requests by Leadership
