Responsibilities

Create diverse instructional materials (graphics, agendas, presentations, etc.).
Develop engaging training content (videos, e-learning, workshops, etc.) for core competencies such as customer experience, selling behaviors, product knowledge, professional & leadership skills, and compliance.
Facilitate classroom and virtual training programs.
Provide coaching and 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand target audience needs and learning outcomes.
Apply adult learning theories and instructional design systems to develop effective programs.
Measure and provide feedback on training effectiveness and ROI.
Ensure timely updates to training content.
Manage the Learning & Communication platform, including content development, translation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Champion a culture of service, learning, performance, and empowerment.

Required

At least three years of experience designing and delivering training programs, ideally within a sales, marketing, or customer service environment
Strong communication skills
Instructional design skills (using the ADDIE model)
Project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in virtual training platforms
Self-directed and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a multilingual and multicultural environment
Ability to maintain a suitable home internet connection for remote work
