Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing travel inquiries, concerns, and special requests
Assist clients in booking and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tours
Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, needs, and budget
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings, ensuring seamless communication and service
Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations, upgrades, and exclusive offers for clients
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, payments, and itineraries
Ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for clients, resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Stay informed on travel trends, policies, and destination updates to offer clients the most current and relevant information

Required
