Responsibilities
You will answer calls from insureds & adjusters who have questions regarding their claims and/or claim valuation reports.
You will oversee the Customer Portal open claims and take action on aging assistments to assist policyholders and move claims forward to valuation.
The Client Services Representative may also be asked to support both operations and data management based off of business needs.

Required
Excellent communication, teamwork, perseverance, and strong attention to detail are critical.
Strong Problem Solving And Analytical Skills Required.
Customer Service Experience And Customer Orientation Required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred
Strong multi-tasking skills preferred with ability to balance priorities.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment that is focused on success and continuous improvement of quality and process.
Property and Casualty claim knowledge helpful.
