Responsibilities

Service existing client needs via inbound/outbound calls and e-mail inquiries
Liaise Empower Personal Wealth client’s, Wealth Advisors, Operations Team and broker-dealer custodian with operational inquiries
Deliver an efficient and responsive client experience by taking ownership, utilizing critical thinking and decision-making skills while delivering accurate information and initiating proactive follow-up
Demonstrate knowledge of retirement/brokerage industry regulations and transactions
Provide exceptional customer service with every client interaction

Required

HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services
Strong customer service background with a firm understanding of the diverse operational and investment needs of our customers
Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations is necessary

Preferred

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong technological skills and the ability to multi-task across systems
Past brokerage, mutual fund or back-office operations experience
Retail, IRA and/or 401K customer service experience
