Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert on the details of all BHG portfolios

A liaison for collections and legal team communications

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Process transaction requests from internal groups

Handle inbound requests from internal teams. Will be able to identify the need and deliver a solution in a timely manner
