Responsibilities
Support the Director or Client Services and Managers in implementing key tasks for client delivery
Carry out administration tasks as instructed by the Director of Clients Services USA
Assisting the implementation of new client system rollouts and updates
Providing first line client service support to Accredit clients via support desk (Zendesk)
Escalating issues to the client services managers through investigation
Supporting user acceptance testing and reviewing for issue snagging
Participate in online product training with Client Services team
Assist in the production of key documentation (internal and external)

Required
Self-starter, with the ability to work remotely
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communications skills – written & verbal
Strong interpersonal skills, on the phone, in virtual meetings, face-to-face and within a team environment
Preferred
Experience working with credentialing
Interest in professional sports
Worked in a client-facing support function
Has advanced level knowledge in IT or systems
