Responsibilities

Fulfill duties related to client service, including completing, sending & executing client transfer forms, authorization letters, and money movement transactions.

Onboard new client accounts and maintain existing client relationships through processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and updating client information and documentation.

Manage vendor relationships for outsourced business functions (HR/Payroll) and perform administrative tasks to support Advisor in daily business practices.

Provide phone coverage, arrange business travel, track receipts, coordinate client meetings, and maintain calendars.
