Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and handling inbound calls. Schedule meetings and manage client communications.
Gather and organize necessary documentation for new clients, ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
Manage account-related activities including new account setups, transfers, cash management, periodic distributions, and account maintenance.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients on important financial milestones (e.g., Required Minimum Distributions - RMDs) and upcoming deadlines.
Educate clients on digital tools (e.g., eSignature, Client Portal, and paperless statements), helping them navigate new technologies and services.
Assist the Advisor with executing client trades as necessary.
Compile and organize materials for client meetings, ensuring all action items are documented and followed through.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Work closely with the Advisor to strategize on client needs, ensuring all tasks are executed in alignment with the client’s financial goals.
Collaborate with both internal teams and the Home Office to resolve client requests and deliverables in a timely manner.

Required
3-7 years of experience in a wealth management or financial services environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service in a disciplined, team-oriented setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and teams), Zoom and CRM tools (e.g., Redtail, Wealthbox). Familiarity with financial planning software like Morningstar Advisor Workstation and eMoney is a plus.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to research, resolve issues, and recommend solutions.
Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses are a plus.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
Previous experience supporting financial advisors and working with branch and home office teams.
