Responsibilities
Identify challenges faced by customers and develop workable solutions to solve their challenges.
Facilitate effective communication between all ERCM teams.
Attend and lead client meetings to explain results and drive performance improvements.
Analyze, edit, and approve client reports, both internal and external deliverables.
Lead or assist with new client/new project implementation.
Ensure all RCM work is completed per the client’s requirements and with high customer satisfaction. Complete a monthly audit of your team’s worked accounts.
Adhere to all company policies, including those related to HIPAA and Medicare Compliance.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service skills and service orientation
Minimum 3 years of experience in HCPCS, CPT, ICD10, CMS 1500 claim billing
3+ years of experience in account management within healthcare
Preferred
Microsoft Office: 1 year
