Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting leads to deals.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Provide regular updates to clients and Western Neon departments on the progress of projects.

Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.

Encourage revenue growth by inspiring past, current, or future clients to pursue new projects and services with Western Neon.

Maintain clear communication and be the reliable point of contact with clients throughout entirety of project to facilitate a strong business relationship.

Monitor and report on sales activities, project management status and sales performance metrics.
