Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships
Set clear expectations during the initial stages of the client’s program (Welcome to Intro calls)
Offer timely and informative updates to clients throughout their program
Assess client needs and provide accurate, empathetic, and helpful assistance
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and voicemails efficiently
Ensure timely follow-up with clients for scheduled appointments
Collaborate effectively with the team members to meet goals and targets
Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed personal and team performance targets

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening abilities
Basic math proficiency
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Adaptable and flexible in response to changes
Proven experience in fast paced environments where attention to detail is a must
Must have a suitable place to work free from distractions and noise that could interfere with their assigned duties
