Responsibilities
Support the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and delivering an exceptional first experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the ETF launch process, ensuring all client needs are addressed efficiently.
Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings to ensure clients are achieving their goals and fully leveraging Tidal’s capabilities.
Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing client inquiries, feedback, and problem resolution.
Proactively manage client relationships by identifying their needs, challenges, and goals.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and address challenges early, ensuring client satisfaction.
Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for internal process improvements and enhance overall service delivery.
Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs and feedback inform decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities, presenting value-driven solutions to clients.
Educate clients on Tidal’s full suite of services, positioning Tidal as their go-to partner in the ETF space.
Work with internal teams to identify and launch new funds that meet client needs and market demands.
Stay up-to-date on ETF industry trends, developments, and best practices to provide clients with timely and relevant insights.
Act as an advocate for clients within Tidal, ensuring their needs and feedback are prioritized in decision-making processes.
Support the development and execution of strategies to enhance the long-term value of each client relationship.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and sales, to deliver solutions aligned with client objectives.

Required
2-4 years of experience in client success, relationship management, or a similar role, ideally in financial services or asset management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities to support onboarding and client processes effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on client feedback.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-first approach to service.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred
Exposure to ETFs or a strong understanding of the ETF industry is a plus.
