Responsibilities
Onboard new clients and provide training on our products and services
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met and address any issues or concerns
Monitor client usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Create and deliver regular reports on client performance and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
