Responsibilities
Develop client relationships that promote retention and loyalty within the SMB and MM account portfolio.
Accountable for post-implementation client management and driving account growth through sharing best practices and training to ensure optimal product adoption and utilization.
Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and be an expert in the Marine Division solutions.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve product issues and ensure clients are happy with the outcome.
Create account documentation for all client interactions in Salesforce, designated Client Success Platform, and ticketing/tracking systems.
Keep clients informed of product roadmap and releases, and advise how new features are relevant to maximize product usage.
Identify and forecast risk; create, maintain and manage mitigation strategies and clearly communicate needs from the organization to fulfill mitigation plans.
Serve as an internal advocate and client liaison throughout the entire client life cycle and communicate feedback to internal teams.

Required
1-3 years of client-facing account management or business development experience in Cloud / SaaS-based platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 50+ clients at once.
Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success.
Adaptable to changing environments and processes.
Willing to travel periodically based on client and business needs.
Bachelor’s degree.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
