Responsibilities
Proactively manage and nurture relationships with all client accounts through regular check-in calls and effective communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through zoom, maintaining calendar availability to maximize client interactions.
Efficiently handle client issues by identifying problems and delegating tasks for resolution on calls.
Ensure timely and successful onboarding of new clients, including coordinating digital assets and campaign launches.
Offboard clients as needed, ensuring a seamless and positive end to the partnership.

Required
In-depth understanding of all company products and services.
Proficiency in communication and project management tools such as Slack, Basecamp, Loom (with training provided), and Monday.
Knowledge of branding and direct response marketing.
Familiarity with the sales process and ability to align client needs with company offerings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building client relationships.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately, addressing clients questions and concerns, while also maintaining Beyond Marketing’s image.
