Responsibilities

CSM Strengthens relationships with clients
Actively engage across the organization to understand needs, initiatives, business goals, Understanding business goals requires connecting with the C-suite, Studio leads, Project Managers etc.
Foster trust
Educates clients on what is possible. Ensures the client understands all that Symetri can bring to the table to ensure the customer's success.
Works with all parts of client organization to Identify opportunities to work together to improve the client's business (NRRR growth)
Facilitate meetings between client and internal groups (sales, support, etc )
Check-in to ensure engagements are having the desired effect
Case Studies
Work with client and internal Marketing teams to identify opportunities to create and co-market material to strengthen/enhance the client's profile
Strategic Thinker, Technical Experience and Business Acumen
Understand underlying industry
Business conversations and insights with executive level
Project optimization with Project Managers
IT infrastructure and bottlenecks
Know competitors/competitive threats
Client Retention
Must ensure that Premium clients maintain and grow our partnership
Tracking/Analyzing Metrics
Monitor client engagement metrics
Use data to gain insights into client interactions (conversation, support, etc ) and adapt strategies or initiate new ones
Client Referrals
CSM 'owns' the strategic level relationships
Sales will maintain day-to-day relationship with software manager and be the main liaison between Symetri and the company for software needs
Will work with consulting to ensure optimum workflows through best practices and the efficient use of technology
