Responsibilities
Manage and retain a portfolio of 10-20+ ($2M - $5M ARR) new and returning high-value clients from a wide range of industry sectors, providing onboarding, integration, education, and documentation for long-term customer success with RippleWorx;
Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned customer throughout the customer lifecycle;
Conduct customer business reviews to ensure they are continually receiving value from the RippleWorx solution
Understand RippleWorx people analytics products, their features, and functions, and recognize how they can be used to solve problems and create solutions for your customers;
Work with customers to establish key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals;
Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities;
Manage customer account escalations and advocate for the customer cross-departmentally;
Work closely with the customer to define and monitor success criteria metrics while maintaining overall responsibility for the best interests of the company;
Assist sales by interacting with potential clients and assisting with demonstrations;
Perform other job-related duties as required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 6 years in a client facing role.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple concurrent projects while providing clients with a consistently professional and positive experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with software such as HubSpot, Wrike, Jira, etc.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.
Proven ability to work cross functionally and informally to achieve overall business objectives.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Internet-based applications.
Executes with a sense of urgency on behalf of clients and the RippleWorx team.
Collaborates internally with a focus on the win-win for everyone involved.
Willing to travel if required.
